I really like these straws and they are a great replacement for the usual disposable plastic straws that you have to buy all the time. I only had one issue but it was with the lovely tote bag they came in, the threads were untied at the bottom of the bag but I just sewed it back in and everything has been fine ever since. The silicone tips are really good and the straws don't make your lips too cold or too hot depending on what you drink with them. If you hand wash straws in hot water, they will get very hot, so you have to be careful. I love that they come with so many silicone tips because they have a nice range of colors. I also love that they come with 2 cleaning brushes which makes cleaning the inside super easy. (In the second photo, my cat came up and plopped down next to the straw while I was typing this review)
