Review on Norpro 99 My Favorite Spatula by Mike Cassidy

I love the length and use it on everything from pancakes to scrambled eggs. My only complaint is that food sticks to it like glue. eggs especially. Not the easiest to clean. I'm also skeptical of the 500 degree usage statement. It looks like nylon. Nylon cannot withstand such high temperatures. It serves its purpose but I don't expect the durability to be very good. UPDATE 7/2016: They can't take the heat. Over time, the plastic around the edges melts and gets into the food. Despite claims, they are NOT resistant to high cooking temperatures. For health reasons, I threw away those two spatulas. Depending on the temperature you cook at, you can use them for six months. Next time I'll try a silicone high-temp spatula if I can find it.
