My husband is an electrician. He has a hard time sitting in attics and stairs every day, so I bought this massage gun to help him between his professional meetings. The main thing is that he loves it! I thought he would mainly use it on his neck, shoulders and back, but he is also very fond of using it on his calves, feet and arms (repeated use of the tool can strain his arms and make them painful). It has multiple levels of intensity and personally I don't need anything stronger than the first two levels, but it occasionally uses the third level. I don't really know who needs it to reach its full potential lol but all I know is that it's strong! Not too loud, and so far the battery life is excellent. Definitely recommend!
