Works well but incredibly difficult to install (usually pushes the wire underneath). This can be solved by pushing the screw against a hard plate to grab the wire. I had issues with the general brittleness of the metal inside - trying to fit the wires into the terminals resulted in the rest of the metal sagging a lot more than I expected. - I had issues with the spacing between the mounting holes - on the mounting box I used it seemed to be a fraction of a millimeter less. - I had a hard time judging how tight the mounting screws were. The metal screws right on the porcelain made me think (and I was warned on the box) that the mount might snap. All in all, you install it once and use it for years, so for the price it's not too bad.
