I've been using this for about a year now, mostly to test AA's, AAA's and 9 volts. It's worked pretty well for its intended purpose. It's more accurate than the one I was using previously(a cheap palm sized device). The only complaint is that while the slots are labelled, they are not clearly labelled. The slots use very subtle and very small raised lettering. In daylight, you can probably see it ok, but in normal bedroom lighting you have to hold it at just the right angle and look close to see it. If the letters were colored or if they were larger, or if they protruded slightly more from the surface this wouldn't be an issue. I'll take a star off for that, but it's good otherwise. I can read the screen just fine without any issues.
