You get what you pay for

I have not used this product before. I unscrewed the cover upon receipt. The top does not screw into the base. The rope that was attached didn't seem secure enough. I have a feeling the string will loosen after a few uses. I returned it.

Pros

Decompression: rope pulling fun. Relieve stress from work and study.

Cons
