I ordered this bench because the reviews were pretty positive and it was a good size. I loved the finishes and Materials pretty good...everything was good but then came the assembly Only 8 screws are used to attach the legs to the main structure of the pillow Of the 8 matching holes the screw went through not a single hole was left on Pillow part or the threaded section on the legs even lined up... It looked like it was assembled on a Friday afternoon or so by a cross-eyed person It was a real shame because if the unit could actually be assembled it probably would have been quite looked good. Because I didn't have a chance to assemble the unit without having to operate it with a drill, I returned it. The price also dropped by $40 after I got mine s ordered, which only made the injury worse. I have contacted the manufacturer about the issue but still no one has received any response or response as far as I know customer service does not exist. I hope they agree on quality control as it was obvious that this device was not assembled as part of the manufacturing process. . Buy with extreme caution. Luckily I bought it from Revain Prime so returning the defective unit was easy. No thanks to the manufacturer. However, Revain is still cool. PS I've included photos to demonstrate how shaky the drill angles were. Not even close. Hope this helps people!
