I wish I had read all the reviews on this product before buying it. This item stopped working after a week and a half. We contacted the seller for a replacement, they said they don't care about a replacement. They said I need to send the product back to Revain and after I get my money back I need to re-order it and make a replacement that way. I asked Revain for a replacement as I didn't want to wait forever to get a serviceable - well made, brand new and working item which annoys me in the return process. Revine refused, saying the same as the seller. Revain has been my go-to place for over 2 weeks. Refund has not yet been issued. Today I found out that my order and purchase includes "Support: Upgraded Night 10" SLR DVR. Get help from Revain. Setup and troubleshooting tips. spare parts and manuals. Free service for 90 days. and suddenly they are willing to send me a replacement with no problem.? Finally. The seller is sketchy and gave me no reason to trust him or approve or recommend anything he makes/sells/advertises/offers.
