What an amazing heated lumbar massager! I saw that there was no heating option in the product descriptions and was pleasantly surprised that it was included! There are three levels of warmth oh and I left it on high because I love warmth and it doesn't overheat my back. There's an additional vibrate button in case you just want vibration, but the automatic feature is disabled when the button is pressed. There is a bright laser button; I wonder if this is laser therapy? If so, I would recommend turning it on or off completely when you lie on it, otherwise it will hurt your eyes. There are 2 automatic functions, the first has more vibration which I like, the second automatic option has more air inflation. You can turn the board in any direction and the flatter side will release more air while the concave side will have less air. I actually have lower back pain and this device really helps relieve the pain when I mobilize my lower back.
