Along with years of product use/abuse and multiple co-morbidities, I have been scratching holes in my scalp no matter how often or how little I shampooed. Tried thousands of dollars worth of every product on the market. My scalp feels so good now, it's smooth and doesn't itch/flake like it used to. However, I didn't care about the air conditioning.
