Gave four stars for the quality only because it's a bit expensive for the materials used. I was hesitant to purchase because some reviewers said the screen was weak. I do not agree. The screen frame is solid and has some weight. I agree that if the hinge angles are set wider and you have large crampons or there isn't enough space between the trays, the screen can tip over. The panels are made of lightweight vinyl, similar to a PVC doily or cutting mat. The screen is most stable when the side panels are at 90 degrees to the center screen. I have a "Z" shape. This helps to reduce dirt spread by around 80%. My cats are big and aggressive diggers. Addendum: Second bought. Plan to cover the frosted panels with a design and use it as an inexpensive decorative fireplace screen.
