I didn't think this little thing would matter. I've had it for over a week and I can tell the difference in the tension in my neck. It's at eye level and flush with my monitor. You don't realize how much you have to look down and it causes tension in your neck and back when you look down for hours. I would recommend having a wireless keyboard, but I already had one as I'm uncomfortable with it while it's on the stand. It is very portable and comes in a very nice pouch that you can easily slip into your laptop bag or purse when you're on the go.
