This design is MUCH better than a full face mask. The mask is a combination of a full face mask and a traditional fit with the benefits of both making it the best design of the three. Compared to full face masks: 1. Higher breath. No extra breathing effort, no slight dizziness.2. The weight is significantly lower. Feels natural on your head.3. Significantly less. Super easy to pack, takes up very little space.4. Universal. You can detach the snorkel to use as goggles or leave it for snorkeling and diving. You can pinch your nose like a traditional set. Compared to traditional settings: 1. No jaw fatigue. No mouthpiece, extra burden on the mouth. Your mouth is independent.2. One article instead of two. Includes case, camera mount and earplugs. Very easy to assemble. For those who like to breathe easily through their nose or don't like to breathe through their mouth due to jaw issues or hygiene reasons, this is for you. To be honest it is for everyone; Experienced and beginners. The only people I wouldn't recommend it for are those who *need* to breathe through their mouth as it only goes through their nose. Or maybe you just need a mouthpiece for some reason because you've been used to it for years. However, remember that if something goes wrong, your mouth is free. I say try.
