Review on Camco 55447 Electric Generator PowerGrip by Andre Noel

Bought this unit for dry camping with a Power Horse generator. Bought 2 months before use to ensure everything is received before going on holiday for 2 weeks. Delivered in no time, placed in a camper. Finally went camping for two weeks, got back today 8/29/21. left Friday night. There was no electricity until the following Monday as the nearest hardware store did not have an adapter for a 30 amp torsion generator. Had to wait until Monday to drive another 40 miles to another RV shop he was at. Not impressed with this plug. what does. When I plug it into my 3500 workhorse the alternator works great but there is no power coming from this plug to my RV. The microwave time has just flashed. Ceiling fan/light not working. I think this connector is NOT properly connected internally. I'm not sure I would buy another one. Had to buy a second adapter plug for $20 while on vacation. Waste of almost 3 days without electricity. Buyer warning!
