Very easy to use, easy to store away when not in use

This instrument comes with everything you need including a carrying case. It even includes a screwdriver for changing the batteries. The device turns on immediately when you press the button and works immediately (without delay). It's very easy to use. This seems to be accurate. There are two scanning modes (fast and slow). It's well made, lightweight, and easy to store in the included pouch.

Special Tool: Test, Measure & Inspect

I don't necessarily trust a mobile app to measure properly, so a special tool like this gives me more confidence. I'm working on a landscaping project that will include an outdoor sound system, so I wanted to test the noise levels from different angles and in different areas. It's easy to use and effectively measures sound levels, although I don't know how accurately. However, from what I've measured, the sound levels seem correct to me, so I'm glad I have this tool.

NOW YOU CAN SEE HOW NOISY YOUR NEW MUFFLER IS!

Precise, but simple and inexpensive. Because honestly, how often are you going to use it?!? 🙂 I love playing around with cars. I've been known to cut off a muffler or two. I also like to play around with stereos. This is a great little device to measure the results of my exploits. I tried a mobile sound level app and it was generally inaccurate. Excellent quality good for sound and noise meters

This meter does exactly what it needs to do. As far as I could tell from testing, its accuracy is as advertised (i.e. it has a 30-130dB range and +/- 2dB accuracy, when in reality the advert only shows a 0.1dB step). ). The scope of delivery includes a fabric carrying bag including a screwdriver and batteries (!) and a small instruction manual. The instructions don't tell you much, but they shouldn't tell you much. Small decibel meter in zip pocket for sound level data - batteries included

I've often wondered how loud some of the devices I use are. I've never had a decibel sound level meter before, but this one has the basic features I need. Fast or slow response time measurement, data hold/max. etc. are available and described in the instructions. This small meter comes in a zip case with 2 AAA batteries. A tiny Phillips screwdriver is included to remove the battery cover, nice to have. Instructions are detailed and the meter can be set to record and hold the maximum sound level
