Ideal for pumpkin noodles.
I love this thing. So far I've only used it to make zucchini noodles, which have turned out wonderfully perfect. The only pain is washing - I always feel like a little gourd gets stuck in it and since the blades are razor sharp I have to use a toothbrush to get in there. never mind; I have one under the sink especially for this job.
