This deck was not very easy to install. At least not in my 2011 Laramie Ram. Bluetooth calling was subpar to say the least. When I got a call I had to answer it and then press the bluetooth planet sound option through my phone to talk or listen. My old deck just answered the call. You know... hands free. But I was able to endure the difficulties well thanks to the pleasant sound and the EQ possibilities. However, the deck lasted for three days and then died. No energy. My brother-in-law is a trained plumber and helped me with that. Everything was done correctly and with great care.
