So far I like this radio. A bit confusing installation, even with a set of adapters. The kids love it, but I may need to upgrade the quality of my speakers as I can't play full volume without distortion. lots of power from the radio.

Edit. Changed to 1 star. The GPS is not working due to an internal error. Worst purchase. The interface is good, it was easy to install. The call quality is rubbish, there is interference on both sides. GPS just sucks. Everything is installed correctly and hasn't found a valid GPS signal yet (the main reason I bought this device)

It arrived and not what was ordered. The radio block was simply thrown into the box. The radio is absolutely used, cable connections are visible on the cables. Stickers with labels on the wires are torn off, not marked on the wire. I'm not even sure if it turns on, I've tried but there's no power switch/button. The label was torn off the box. I am not very happy with it and very bad service in my opinion.

The touchscreen is just ok, good for the price I paid for it, it's definitely not Kenwood, Jensen or Pioneer quality. The sound quality is just OK, I haven't had a chance to hook up my amp to it yet. Easy installation? If you have a real install kit, 2 metal brackets and 6 screws that don't match the holes in the brackets. That's my reason for 3 stars by the way. I did not receive my plastic bezel that was supposed to be included with the radio

The sound is great BUT USB doesn't recognize the iPod. As for the GPS, it's just a joke. The uploaded versions of the maps say they are from UM 2017 and not random. My 10 year old TomTom has more up to date maps than this thing. The touch screen is either too sensitive or not responding and cannot be resolved. Since I bought this device to connect my iPod via USB and update GPS, I wasted my money.

This deck was not very easy to install. At least not in my 2011 Laramie Ram. Bluetooth calling was subpar to say the least. When I got a call I had to answer it and then press the bluetooth planet sound option through my phone to talk or listen. My old deck just answered the call. You know... hands free. But I was able to endure the difficulties well thanks to the pleasant sound and the EQ possibilities. However, the deck lasted for three days and then died. No energy. My brother-in-law is a…

Installed on my 05 Suburban. Connected to a Pac RP5-GM11 Steering Wheel Control/OnStar Adapter. The sound is excellent, the functionality is excellent for this price. If you're used to using your phone to navigate it's definitely different and behind in comparison, but if you're used to a sat nav that requires a specific address it's no different (surprisingly, the recalculation didn't take long, but definitely much slower than your phone).
