I really liked the quality of the materials! I thought they could make a cheap pannier, but it was made out of durable nylon that would take a beating. Other reviewers complained that it smelled like plastic, but mine didn't (maybe I got lucky, or maybe they were being overly critical?), which was a pleasant surprise as I was willing to give it a gentle wash before my trip (like someone recommended). in a review). The valve system is nicely designed to prevent air escaping during inflation and quickly deflate when you're done. I love that you can easily adjust the air pressure with this special valve! I also love the soft removable cover that is washable! My only complaint is that they have to make two different sizes (one for an average person and one for a taller person with a longer torso like mine. I'm afraid this won't satisfy my basic need to sleep on my side, but I do read can be dealt with by placing something underneath to make it bigger.
