The ease of use! I love being able to enter my notes and progress notes without lifting a pen or paper. It also helps our staff work faster and more efficiently. There isn't anything that I dislike about this product. Everything has been great so far! I do not have any complaints at this time. We are now able to see where our patients are at all times. This helps us stay on top of things when we are out of town. The most helpful thing about this software is the ability to integrate with other software and the ability to have a seamless transition from inpatient to outpatient. The software is easy to use and has a lot of features. I wish there were more options for the user to customize the software to their liking. I wish there was a way to have more options to customize the software to the user's liking. I have been able to use this software to help with my job as an RN.
