When you take off your Fuji, wash your feet. After rinsing your feet, DO NOT apply moose! DO NOT APPLY WITH LOTS 2 WEEKS AFTER APPLICATION! It helps to soak your feet for about 10-20 minutes a day. You can soak longer if you want, but this was perfect for me. REMEMBER: DO NOT APPLY LOTION AFTER SOAKING**IMPORTANT**When collecting clothes, wear socks daily. I peeled off some of the dead skin while watching TV, but one day I dug hard into my calloused toe and it bled. No product defect. I only collect.
