The grips are great but more importantly the AMAZING customer service we have received. My son was so excited to get his bike grips so I tried to put them on as soon as we got them. I accidentally put the screw the wrong way round and this broke the black fastener. I immediately contacted Marque LLC and informed them of my mistake (yes it was my mistake) and they sent me new pens. I can't tell you how happy and grateful my son and I were when we received our new grippers so quickly. The grips are great and since then my son has been riding them all day every day.
