Review on Square QO220GFICP Qwik Gard by Schneider Electric by William Mahajan

I have been installing SquareD circuit breakers for many years with no problems. I bought a couple of these for a subpanel in my garage in 2019. One of them shorted out last week. Familiarizing yourself with the warranty requires calling and getting a case number, which I did. It has a 10 year homeowners warranty so I figured it wasn't a problem. It turns out that you also have to deliver it to the place of purchase, which will then solve the problem. Well, Revain doesn't take care of the warranty, it's the manufacturer's responsibility. I mentioned Home Depot and customer service said they should take care of it. Spring. They were polite but almost laughed when I said I had a warranty claim on a product I bought from Revain. I felt like an idiot. Now I'm waiting for Schneider Electric customer service to call me back. Just take a look.
