Review on Efficient 20A Solar Charge Controller with Adjustable LCD Display for 12V/24V Solar Panel Battery System, Intelligent Regulator featuring Dual USB Ports by Joel Gardner

After charging this controller to 14.4v by 10am for 3 days, I boiled the batteries in there all day without them dropping to the advertised 13.7v. I dropped the Floating Voltage, turned it off, and returned it. Binen US, the seller, was very responsive, but their supplier, presumably the manufacturer, still denied, claiming that 14.4v is normal. Installing a competitor solar controller in the same system and dropping it to my set float voltage of 13.5 volts at 10 am disproved this. Bad design. Bad support. Not recommended.
