When it comes to online shopping, this is a great value pair of pants. The waist is a little bigger than expected but that's not a big issue as the laces work well. Sweatpants run a little large, so if that doesn't bother you, order your size. If this is a problem, you can order one size down as the size chart is not accurate. Sweatpants bottoms have no cuffs or have a tight, loose fit as shown in the picture. The bottom of the pant will be flooded as the jogging pant is too big and baggy, which can be different if you order one size down. The overall material of the sweatpants is very comfortable and stretchy. I have washed the pants several times and could not find any discoloration, material peeling, cord damage, etc. Going one size down should be acceptable, but make sure you know your body type as some people carry their weight below the waist. So you can order your size.
