First I got a washer that didn't move the water when the trigger was pulled and the suction was wrong. Then it took almost a month to correspond and another month to get a replacement car. The replacement machine "works" better, but it's literally the worst floor cleaning machine I've ever used, and I was able to vacuum and dry my hands and knees faster than this "everything" machine. I was very excited to get this car after endless TikTok videos (I'm convinced I got paid to promote this garbage truck). When they do a direct comparison with Bissel, the actual overall performance is not compared. Just a little sucking of the mess. Not to mention the suction randomly gets louder but stops sucking anything and leaves a big pile of dirty water on my floor. I will return this car.
