It is very easy, quick & convenient way of sending business documents or files using internet from any location within US/Canada with no cost! I like how fast it works as well its reliable service that you can depend upon when going out of town without your office printer connected at home (which would be costly). Sometimes there are issues regarding speed but rest assured they fix them quickly which makes me feel better about their services overall. The software itself needs some improvements such as adding more features while keeping things simple yet effective so people don't get confused by too many options available. If this fits into our budget then we should definitely give it try since all businesses need an efficient system especially if working remotely where not having access to printers attached could become problematic sometimes. We use ZOOMFax Pro extensively across different departments including accounting department, sales team etc., allowing us send multiple file attachments simultaneously over email via web browser interface.
