Review on 🎧 AGPtEK 2.5mm Dual Ear Call Center Telephone Headphone: Noise Cancelling Binaural Headset with Mic for Cordless Phones by Summer Hendricks

Bought for my mother who couldn't hear phone conversations on a cordless handset. She has age-related hearing loss and a somewhat noisy HVAC system in her home. Luckily her phone is one of the few that still has a headphone jack. While the audio isn't exactly stereo, it certainly comes from either side of the headset, and outside noise from heating/cooling and other distractions are nicely reduced when both ears are covered. I can hear it clearly when I'm on the phone, which confirms the quality of the microphone. Mom's only complaint was the volume control on the cord. I figured it wasn't necessary since the phone itself has a volume control. For some reason turning up the volume on the headset only decreases the sound quality more than turning up the volume on the phone alone.
