I had a 32oz bottle but I would finish it once, refill it, and maybe drink half of that (so roughly 48oz/day or less). I also hated needing to refill it especially if I took it out with me to school or work because there wasn’t always a place to do so. I finally decided to get a 64oz bottle to make sure I was drinking more water and so I wouldn’t have to refill it throughout the day. This works great! I am able to keep track of my water intake since it has time stamps and I can see if I’m behind, ahead, or right on time. As far as it being leakproof, at first I thought mine was defective but it turned out I hadn’t screwed the top on tight enough haha. The strap is sturdy enough to hold such a heavy bottle and the lock works well. Overall, very happy with this bottle!
