Review on Leviton 49605 14E Wireless Structured Enclosure: Cutting-Edge Connectivity and Organization Solution by Scott King

Well the box feels sturdy and to me could hide some wireless + wired devices well but the plan was to put it in a closet in the living area of the house and away this thing smells heavenly of plasticizers and other volatile organic compounds. I let it sit in the sun for a day to see if that would help, but it barely faded. Woman is very sensitive to bad smells and would be banned from the house even if I tried to fit her in. Too bad because the design is really nice and less "industrial" than a metal cabinet or a communications rack. I think I'll put all the hardware on EPVC sheet metal and mount it in the garage. The textured media center is returning to the Revain warehouse where I bought it in mint condition and hopefully someone can give it a 3rd try. Just too smelly for my house.
