Customer support at TUOSHI was a nightmare for me. I contacted customer support after getting a malfunctioning networking product. But nobody on the squad got back to me and told me anything new about my replacement. After much difficulty, I was able to reach a human being, but they were rude and useless when I did. They seemed unconcerned with the fact that I had received a defective item and instead sought to resolve the situation as quickly as feasible. After weeks of back-and-forth, I eventually got a replacement, but it was a hassle to get it. My overall impression of TUOSHI was negative, and I would not suggest it. Avoid this business if you value being served well and appreciate client care. Obviously, TUOSHI is not the right destination.
