The ease of use with which you can create packages using this platform is amazing! I have been able to deliver my products in record time compared to other platforms that require me to manually input all the details. So far there isn't much I dislike about it. However, if you are looking at a package delivery service for your business then make sure they provide excellent customer support as well. We decided to go with Package.ai because we wanted our customers to receive their orders quickly without having to wait hours or days for them to arrive.
