Great Tool for Lead Management & Tracking

I like that it helps me track leads in my Google Sheet, which makes managing them easy to keep up with! It's helpful when you have many contacts or people who are working remotely but still want access to their data from anywhere they may be at any given time. The only thing I don't really love about this tool is how slow it can sometimes get if there aren't enough agents online (or those agents just haven't been trained yet). However, once everyone has had some training / practice using this program we'll see more efficiency as well as an increase of sales overall since our team will know exactly where each lead is so no one gets lost in the shuffle. This software allows us to easily transfer all contact information into one place, allowing us to stay organized while keeping clients informed through email updates regarding new opportunities.
