I want to give this dress a full 5 stars. My daughter loves it, she feels pretty and looks great. She's perfect for being the flower girl at my brother's wedding. The only reason it took off a star is because the lining fabric is nothing special. It looks like a nightgown. I also found it too long. I was expecting the dress to be below her knees, but this dress hugs her floor. I bought 4 and she only got 4. I'm sure she would fit a 3 but you never want to downsize for a growing baby. The bottom line is that on a beautiful girl it will work perfectly, absolutely perfectly.
