1. Good camera except...... My TV is about 12 meters away. I thought about mounting the camera in the top center of my TV for a comfortable sofa zoom, but it's not as powerful as I was hoping. I want a closeup of my face, not the way I'm sitting on the couch showing my bottom half, and I don't like that. So I took it off the TV and put it on the coffee table right in front of my face. Ruining the whole thing because now I have to set up and rotate my Zoom meetings.2. Microphone doesn't sync with "Zoom"...... When I mute with the remote, no red line is sent to my microphone, which is at the bottom of my "Zoom" page. So unfortunately I don't know when my audio is muted or unmuted as the remote doesn't affect the microphone indicator with a red line. So I can't use the microphone connected to the camera, I use my other one which goes very well with "zoom". Additional hires and takedowns after Zoom meetings.3. The remote control (new batteries inserted) does not work. I have to press it hard for it to respond, unless it does so with a new, presumably unused, remote. The only reason I gave it three stars is because the brightness and clarity are fantastic. If you're wondering if I'll return it, I will return it after I order it and get one that does what I need, which is to zoom even closer and the mic to match the 'zoom' mic indicator . If I find one, I'll send it back.
