First shoes, use them for runs up to 20km. A note: These are (as shown in the product photo) the "New Balance 1500v4" and NOT v5 as given in the product name; that would be the green successor model. But that's exactly what I wanted, because the fit of the v5 was changed a bit so that it no longer fits me.
