As far as I know this product is not designed for that, but it fits my Auvi-Q perfectly. I sometimes (although rarely) forget my epilator at home, especially since it needs to be kept at room temperature so I can't leave it in the car. Now I can attach it to my keys, which I never leave the house without. I understand that people with severe allergies should carry two doses of adrenaline and I intend to use this in addition to the dose I carry in my purse. However, if I forget, one dose is better than none. Not to mention it should still be easy to spot since the logo is still visible above the wallet. In addition, the auto-injector can be removed from your wallet and your own case without having to remove your Auvi-Q case. It still fits well and is snug, I'm not afraid of it falling out. This product wasn't meant for that either, but I hope my allergic colleague finds this helpful!
