We LOVE our rice cooker and it makes AH-MAZING tadiq but it took us a while to get the recipe and proportions right so I thought, I am posting the info here for people who might be interested. The following recipes are for using 1.5, 2, and 3 cups of sea level dried rice. If you need larger proportions, you'll have to experiment on your own. Cooking time 1 hour 15 minutes. The timer only shows 1 hour so you only need to add 15 minutes at some point during cooking. We also don't use the included plastic rice measuring cup, which is smaller than standard; Use a standard sized measuring cup. Finally, we'll rinse the rice until the water runs clear before adding it to the pressure cooker. 1.5 cups of rice 2.5 cups of water 1.5 tbsp. l. butter 2.0 tbsp. l. oil 3/4 tsp 2 cups water 2 tbsp. l. butter 3 tbsp.
