These bags don't quite match the description, but they're not 2x4 either. Small bags have a usable space of 2.5" x 3". Large bags measure 2.875" x 3.75" of usable area. I've had no trouble opening and closing these bags a few times, but I'm sure there is a limit. These are not branded ziplock bags. I received 4 sets of 100 (didn't count for confirmation but easy to close). They're pretty decent for seed storage. For those of you who are unfamiliar with buying things in this world, we have a term known as "value". Value is the relationship between quality and price. As a rule, when the price is low, the quality is always next to it (we call it "cheap”). This product offers you 400 packs for $7 (June 2021 East Coast USA). Don't expect it to be bulletproof and rated accordingly.
