I have a new job at home and spend several hours every day on the phone. I replaced the standard handset with a headset on this phone. I bought it for the headset function and needed a minimum of bells and whistles. It features an easily adjustable one-ear headset that is very comfortable. The microphone is foldable and adjustable. I found the audio quality to be very good on my part and I asked a few people I called about the quality of my outgoing audio. Everyone said it sounded good. I like the headset and my hands free to turn pages and use the computer while on the phone. I will never go back to a traditional phone for work and am very glad I bought this product for the price and quality.
