This is a good strap for my Oculus. Much more comfortable than the elite strap which puts pressure on the head after 30 minutes of play. Installation was fairly easy - the clips just snap onto the speaker area. They are also very tight. I had to press hard on them to make them slip. After installing it, I feel much more comfortable while playing. The adjuster on the back is the same as the Elite harness and works very well. I love how everything slides over my head so much easier when I wear glasses. All in all, I can recommend this headdress!
