Cute Characters, Good customer service
Product is good in the sense that it’s large enough to wrap a toddler and has cute characters. However the material quality is poor and not well made. I’ve had the towel for less than a week and it ripped at the seam of the hood. The towel is not thick, it’s very thin and you will most likely have to double up on towels to dry your toddler/kid.However, after working with customer service a better quality towel was sent. It was a good experience and I would buy this towel again.
