I bought this tablet for my 4 year old daughter in March 2021. He spontaneously started losing the WiFi connection. All other devices in the same house were fine. The screen is broken. So I called the warranty and got a replacement. The companies themselves were good and fast. The new tablet, right out of the box, was slowing down, constantly hanging up. The screen randomly went black and just like the other tablet, the Wi-Fi connection didn't stay up. I sent it back the next day and decided not to buy this brand again. I hate it because the educational games and preinstalled apps were awesome. My daughter liked it. It was just very poorly developed technology.
