I found out if the case was under warranty, I called the seller’s hotline on 11/21/2022, the polite operator replied that the case was probably not covered under warranty due to mechanical damage, and recommended that I contact the manufacturer. I called - they only sell, they cannot answer the question of the guarantee, since they do not represent the manufacturer. When buying, by the way, the seller painted the phone in the spirit: "dad bought this, a tractor drove through it (the phone, of course) and nothing, it works (the phone, of course)." Summary: I do not recommend this phone for purchase. The price is too high, the characteristics of security and battery capacity do not correspond to those declared. The security of the smartphone is illusory, I'm sure that while hunting / fishing / camping, the phone would definitely fail at a crucial moment.
