Review on AIRAJ by Steve Yang

I was eager to check out AIRAJ's web store for their hand tools because I enjoy taking on DIY projects. Unfortunately, I had a less than positive experience. First of all, I had a hard time navigating the website and finding the handsaw I was looking for. Even when I did locate it, the product description was unclear and lacked sufficient details on the item. I received an anticipated arrival date when I placed my order, however my handsaw didn't show up for several days. The handsaw within the packaging was scraped and dented, and the package itself was also damaged. To make matters worse, customer care was unprofessional and dismissive when I contacted them to ask for a replacement. Before I eventually got a response, I had to follow up numerous times, and even then, they didn't have any suggestions for how to fix the issue. Overall, my online shopping experience at AIRAJ's store left me feeling quite let down. My purchase felt like more trouble than it was worth because of the confusing website navigation, the slow shipping, and the subpar customer support. I won't be doing any more purchasing with them in the future.
