WARNING: The cheaper stand does NOT come with controller holders.

It should be clearer in the product description that the cheaper one (dark grey, although quite black) does NOT include mounts for the Oculus Rift S Touch controllers, other than that it's fine. Easy to assemble and quite durable even if it seems like a cheap material. I wish I knew the difference and didn't waste my money on the cheaper one.
