Impossible to dismount and complicated applicator.
This mascara may look decent if you accidentally apply it to your skin, but it's difficult to wash off. Definitely needs a special eye makeup remover, but that's a problem. I also don't like the tapered applicator - I keep changing the direction I use the applicator and I found it very difficult to evenly distribute the mascara. I won't use it again.
