I bought a new set of pings that came with the arccos sensors. To use them you have to carry your smartphone with you and that seemed a bit cumbersome to me so I bought an Arccos Caddy which allows me to clip a small sensor to my belt instead of carrying a smartphone. i love the system I finally know how far I hit my clubs. It works great and offers club selection options after about five rounds. Having only had it for a few weeks I can't tell if it will lower my handicap or not but it looks like I may use this information to lower my score at some point. It's enlightening to see that I'm not hitting my clubs as far as I thought I would, so perhaps the "one more club than I thought" approach has some merit. Time will tell, but it's good to know how far clubs go. Also, I've found that I'm hitting my six at the same distance as my five hybrid, so do I really need both? Knowledge is power, especially in golf.
