No real IPS in my rating.

Even at the smallest viewing angle, the IPS panel loses quality. No dead pixels, horrible built in speakers, TN like a screen, no backlight which is the only thing I'm grateful for other than the price. Otherwise, for $200 this is a solid choice if you need an average quality 2K screen. 4 stars deserved
