Gave this to my husband's boss for his birthday. He enjoyed it. As it's not mine I don't know how well it will hold up but it seemed to be of normal quality. I just wish the mug itself was bigger. I think that's a typical diner mug size, but all my own coffee mugs are larger than this. Mainly because of the saying. When you say you're the 'boss' and 'crush him', you want a good backup size so you can use it and not just show it off because when you reach for a coffee mug one pulls (despite the cute saying) after the other because his size just doesn't exist. That's why I gave 4 stars. Less quality than design. Also, I really like this quote and if I ran another café, I would get it for myself and for the other café managers too. I think they would all LOVE it and rock it! :)
